The Staff was incredible. They always helped me with everything, even when my car broke down on the property. They were extremely kind and the facilities are super clean. I’d come back anytime!

The location at the riverside, the view over Dresden, the restaurant in the backyard, the service and food.

Breakfast and property grounds were amazing.
A little out of town. We would have liked a day pass on bus to go in without the car. Room was basic like a dorm room.

The main hotel is an old Castle that is very nice
But we stayed in another building 500 meters away
We did not stay in main hotel but 500 meters away. We had to carry own luggage the distance to our hotel.
No Coffee/tea making facilities in our building so once again had to walk the distance to go get coffee.
We used train/trams as transport, very far walk from stop station., especially with luggage over cobbles.About 1,5km, we were not warned that we should rather have a car for this location.
