La situation, dans un endroit très calme en pleine campagne, néanmoins pas trop éloigné des routes menant aux principales localités et dans les paysages typiques de la Toscane. Le confort et l’autonomie offerts par notre appartement qui était une véritable petite maison. L’excellente cuisine qui nous a incité à manger sur place presque tous les soirs. La gentillesse et la bonne humeur de toute l’équipe familiale gérant ce bel établissement.

This is a refurbished farm with several structures that are now apartments or rooms for rent. The place is very beautiful, and extremely quiet as it lies at the end of a long (maybe 10min drive) almost private road. View is fantastic. Staff is very kind and helpful. We were a large family group and rented several apartments, and the staff really helped to find the right setup for us. There is breakfast on demand or you can cook in the apartments that have small, but adequately equipped, kitchens. The location has its own restaurant for dinner - we ate there one night and it was excellent, and very reasonably priced. Sienna, Florance, Pisa and San Gimignano are all within short/reasonable driving distance. There is good parking on site. There is a pool which is very nice in summer. All apartments had airconditioning, and it worked. We were here twice and will definitely think about coming again.

These are not criticisms but things you should be aware of. 1) the road to the location is narrow and winding, so if you are worried about such things, don't arrive after dark. It would probably be less pleasant to navigate with a really long or wide RV. We went through with a 9-passanger van and it was fine. Drive carefully. 2) each unit has airconditioning, but the A/C is sometimes located only in the bedroom. So if you plan to use both the bedroom and the living room sofa make sure you get a unit where both spaces have A/C.

The accomodation was great, the food was truly excellent. Very friendly helpful service. Fantastic location

The property is situated in a lovely spot, the views are beautiful. Our room was really clean. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

We had two filters on booking.com when searching for accomodation and that was: non smoking and air conditioning. Unfortunately the accommodation did not meet these as advertised. The staff smoke inside the reception and kitchen areas so the restaurant common area where you eat smells strongly of cigarettes, this is something we specifically wanted to avoid on our holiday. Our room had an ash tray inside and also had a strong air freshener scent. We were travelling in summer, the air conditioner was weak and although looked new might be undersized for the room, so did not cool the room down. In addition they were suffering power outages during our stay so we were told to turn the aircon off when not in the room the room really heated up because of this. Due to the power outages the air conditioner and lights were cutting out all evening, so it was a hot overnight.
