Fab place . Room was upgraded. Paid extra but was worth it . Air conditioning was great . Cleaner was exceptional
Tv don’t work and made a complaint to reception . Still didn’t work . Think it was the remote but didn’t really matter in the end

Great location, friendly staff, lots of facilities, great pool, nice pool bar and restaurant
No AC in August was a killer, impossible to sleep, enquired about rental at reception, no joy, although both neighbours got units. The room had a ceiling fan but didn't do a huge amount. Also, I put towels down early one day, came back after a walk, found them removed and thrown in a pile on a rock. A couple of others seemed to be too. From then on, didn't "reserve" beds but found the rest of the complex and guests seemed to have free reign to do this, came out at 9 some mornings and found no beds available. So, no consistency!

We were in an excellent location, the apartment had 2 balconies which was excellent
Shame there was no air-con. Fans were provided but air con would have been better
