Fantastic chef, I had a vegan pie and it was absolutely deliscious. My compliments to the chef.

Having stayed here on a nunber of occasions, I have always had a good stay, however on this occasion, ther was a long delay with breakfast - I came down at about 7am, and found the dining area pretty full (usually it is fairly quiet at this time). There was only one waitress available, and whilst she was polite and apologetic about the delays in service, and probably did as well with the situation as one could, I waited from just after 7.00am until around 7.25 to place my order, and did not recieve my breakfast until aroud 7.40 am, which delayed ny departure and arrival at my client business. I appreciate that you have no control of the fact a large number of guests choose to come down to breakfast at the same time, but it may be worth considering whether (as in some other hotels) you ask guests for an indication of the time the expect to take breakfast, and additional team members could stand in on such occasions..

The mattress was too soft. The shower wasn't powerful enough. The window wouldn't stay open. The towel rail wasn't working. The room was not what was advertised on Booking.com

Personally think understaffed, was a Saturday night very busy in bar are and the 2 bar staff had a hundred jobs to do . Good the blonde lady was there she was on top off everything 🙏 give her a pay rise all day especially as outside area had like 30 teenagers on bikes she had to put up with. Breakfast time , asked for decaf coffee the waitress disappeared for like 15mins don’t know where she went but we could hear the kitchen keep doing the bell for food ready . Can’t believe other guests was asking for pancakes and they were told they have ran out and would take 30mins to make more 🤷‍♂️ Anyway I ate my dry gluten free toast and never got the coffee so not the best , especially the fruit station wasn’t replenished But also would say one more staff would helped this maybe 🤔
