Great hotel, pleaty of parking space, fantastic food and exceptional staff.
Air conditioning had been disabled centrally.
Not great - cooling the room should be a personal choice, and this was a factor that led to us choosing the hotel.
Aside from this - a fantastic visit.

Clean and comfortable room we slept so good there.
Also the stuff was incredibly friendly - from the reception to the restaurants they are so nice and willing to help with everything.

The room had a nice design and good amount of space.
Windows were super dirty, as in almost frosted. The carpet looked very worn. Water pressure was very low and there was black mould on the showerhead and around the bath tub. The breakfast was terrible. Quality of coffee and tea was well below par. Condiment containers empty. Staff took my untouched bowl of fruit when getting another tea. The waffle was soggy. On check-out the team member told me that I cannot get an invoice as I booked via Booking.com but Booking.com tells me to get it from the hotel. Please communicate better.
