A big thank you to Beatritz at reception. We really appreciate your assistance during the Heathrow air traffic debacle in Sept 2026.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well placed near Finchley Rd, with the bonus of the Hampstead Theatre virtually next door. The Persion restaurant on Finchley Rd is excellent.
Breakfast was rather rushed.

Très bel emplacement dans une rue calme à 2 pas du métro. Beau quartier.
Ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes changées aussi.
Très jolis meubles anciens.
Un petit bémol le parquet grince quand on se déplace mais rien de bien embêtant

Staff were amazing and super friendly. As a single traveler i was given a twin room understandably. however being a big guy i cant sleep in a single bed. the staff were super kind and swapped out my room. I called reception with a broken iron complaint and they brought me a brand new one.
The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating.
I liked the fact the little girl was allowed to practice her piano. Most hotels would be funny about guests using the piano.
room was very tired. wallpaper peeling from the walls.
Carpet badly stained.
Shower plug was backed up so when showering the bath filled up.
The tap's faucet in the sink hasn't been descaled or scrubbed so when the tap is turned on the water goes in various directions. also when the water is running in the sink the bath plug has water that comes up in it with a weird gargling noise.
Iron was broken and poured water all over my shirt but that was resolved.
No late evening menu.
