Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %10 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Staff was very accommodating to accept my delivery from 3rd party.
Breakfast was excellent with more fruit varieties than other hotels - persimmon, banana and maybe can add seedless grapes in the future.
Washing machine was very helpful for my long stay on hanoi.
Executive suites do not have a view of the lake.
Choice of bedding has an impact on the floors you are allotted. This must be informed so that customers can choose between a high floor with king bed and an aerial view or a lower floor with twin beds and only views of roofs.

The rooms are well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was one of the best I’ve had in all my years of travelling, and to top it so off the bath is a decent size.
The staff were brilliant, welcoming sincere.
I can think of nothing that I disliked about Fraser Suites

The property was really nice and was so spacious and everything you need and good location
Our air condition stoped working couple nights so it was so hard to sleep and unpleasant
