It's clean, it's easy, it's not a hassle. The location is great !
The bathroom and supplies are great.
It's a bit of a maze, we were with a child that enjoyed that so I guess it depends on your children.
The beds are bunk beds so obviously not amazing but not bad either

Everything was great, from the location, to a huge choice of restaurants & cafes within walking distance and just a short walk from Earl’s Court underground. Bed was super comfortable and no street noise during the night, great for a light sleeper. Staff at all times were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Just 2 things, no hooks to hang towels. There was a towel rail on the wall above the toilet, but this meant towels then hung over the toilet so a bit annoying when having to use it. And on first entry my room had the most disgusting body odour smell, that lingered for a while! But will still stay here again 👍

Clean hotel in a well-connected area. A few steps from the metro and great restaurants and pubs. Quiet and comfortable, quite well maintained. It's a pity that on some floors you can't go out to the balcony and the window couldn't even be tilted. Breakfast didn't have a savory option, apart from cereal, bananas, croissants and other sweet options, it would be nice to have some bread and a few things for it. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Location is great and convenient close to the subway station
Wifi was not working, tv came without a remote and our floor was under renovation without noticing us beforehand. Room had paint marks all over and was worn out almost everywhere
