The staff were excellent and the location was great.

It was close to what we wanted. Loads of shops and transport close by. Food was nice. Receptionist was lovely, let us check in early. Shower was lovely, hot and powerful.
Our room smelt of cigarettes. We had loud fans outside our room. We didn’t realise the breakfast we booked wasn’t a full English. We found the breakfast staff a little rude. Cutlery wasn’t on the table.

Location is great next to the station and lots of shops around check in was smooth
There was marks of the well like tea stains stuff of that nature definitely need better pillows and also could not warm the room up it was just blowing out cold air and was making this rumbling sounds all night and morning which was annoying definitely not worth over the 100 mark in my opinion
