Pleasant receptionist, welcoming and informative.
Location and parking great.
Bad smell in room when we entered, smelled like old unwashed towels but our towels were clean. Glasses in bathroom and tea cups were not very clean, stains on them. Was disappointed not to have a bottle of water in room to make tea as we wouldn't use bathroom water.
Breakfast was a big disappointment, food was not good at all. Hot and cold food was both not very appealing. Huge disappointment. Toilet seat loose, entrance door to room was a disaster trying to get in and out , kept sticking.
Definitely would not come back which is a shame as location is 100%.
