Beautiful and Clean Great food - with Chef Sunil and his team catering for our vegan requirements Most outstanding was the staff - from the moment you arrive until you leave. The following staff have to be called out: - Anika - great service overall for all our breakfast and suppers. - Shrutika - Komune - Deepsikha - who appears to remember every guest’s room number at breakfast checkpoint - Chef Sunil - big thanks for the special vegan meals and our vegan chai. Unbelievable 🙏 - Bhagyashree - a warm and vibrant hostess - Pavan - I saw him early hours of the morning cleaning up after supper serving and was back there for break with a gentle smile and ready to serve - Siddhi - Samishka - for the warmth and great service at check in and constantly during our stay. She set the tone for our stay. - Anushka - Prasad - for going out of his way to help me with an airline issue.

Staff are very helpful and caring. Only need to improve food quality otherwise everything was good.. thank you.

The rooms are spacious, beds, mattresses & linens were very comfortable & felt premium. The breakfast spread was great, it has multiple options including South Indian, North Indian, fruits, juices & a live counter too.

The dinner spread was worse, it just had 1 potato vegetable & had at least 4-5 non veg curry options. We are vegetarians so obviously had no options but to accept the limitations. The desserts were also very basic & not premium. Very disapponting dinner I must say and in comparison to all other 4-5 star properties.
