Edsa Shangri-La, Manila

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in the Philippines. Shangri La is truly an oasis of western comfort in Manila. The room and bathroom were really clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was also phenomenal, and they provided a wide selection of food from around the world. I booked in advance and paid the reservation and deposit with my card, so check-out and the settlement of fees was a breeze. Last but not least, the staff was also very helpful and made sure my family was comfortable after they to made a walk-in reservation at 1AM to join me at Shangri La. I truly appreciated the help of their managers and concierge staff who arranged my family's pickup.

There was nothing disliked about my stay here.

We had a lovely time celebrating a family birthday at Shangri-La EDSA! The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Von and Yana for their warm and attentive service. The food was good, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our family celebration and appreciate everyone who made it extra special. We’d love to come back!

Good location for shopping.

Did have some issues with check-in as didn’t have details of my agency booking. Luckily I had a printout of booking details and it was rectified.

The food was amazing and reception staff was excellent

The carpet in the room and hallway needs to be refurbished or deep clean I was expecting the same shangrila as we have known for its world class facilities and cleanliness.
