Hotel Fortin Plaza

Location cleanliness

Nothing, good hotel

Room size was good but the bed and pillows were too soft

The hotel did not respect my Booking, com reservation so I had to re-book when I arrived and lost my free breakfast benefit There is a phone in the room, but it was disconnected... I did all the effort of moving night table and connecting but it did not work so room service was not an option and I had to go the restaurant myself and find out most of what I wanted for dinner was not available There is a pool, but it is cold all year cause "is not really that kind of hotel, is more of a business hotel" It's not that close to tourist attractions

Walkable to historic district

Leaving oaxaca is a special place

It was close enough to the action and easily accessible by car/foot.

Our room was not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The sheets were not the comfiest, the walls were scuffed and didn’t seem like it had gotten any cosmetic attention in quite some time.
