No drawers in most Spain hotel rooms, not sure why, also no make up remover pads or ear cleaning cotton pods in the bathrooms
Late check in, gym not up to scratch, very small for a 5 stars hotel, no bands for example and minimal equipment, no small weights.

Superb facilities, stunning room and bathroom too. The building itself is beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring Madrid.

Absolutely perfect. Great location, superb breakfast, really comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend it.

Clean and well located
Two of the three rooms we were in had no air conditioning. Since we were in town center we couldn’t keep the window open. It was so hot in the rooms that we couldn’t sleep. Staff would lie to us that either the air conditioner was on or that it couldn’t be turned on.
