JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay

À part un petit malentendu au début du séjour, tout a ensuite été parfait. Nous avons eu une magnifique suite avec un immense balcon très agréable. La chambre était toujours parfaitement préparée et les femmes de chambre étaient très gentilles et attentionnées. Chaque jour, beaucoup de bouteilles d’eau étaient mises à disposition, ainsi que des capsules de café et du thé, ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et de bonne qualité. Le lounge mérite également d’être mentionné : très bien garni tous les jours, avec un service agréable et une atmosphère relaxante. Un très beau séjour dans un hôtel confortable et bien entretenu, que nous recommandons volontiers.

Bed was a bit too soft for me.

Our twin room was spacious & comfortable, with both a shower and a bathtub. The lighting was excellent, especially for getting ready in the morning. The beds were also much larger than expected. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit different tastes- from noodles and congee to eggs, pastry, bread, and fresh fruit, to Hainan specialities. The pool was a highlight—serene, well-maintained, and with plenty of sunbeds available.

The lack of air conditioning in the lobby made waiting there uncomfortable at times, especially in Sanya’s heat. Also, it would have been great if the pool area served light snacks or drinks. Having to go back to the main lobby/lounge area for food, and waiting 30-45 minutes for a simple dish like satay or a club sandwich was inconvenient, so we didn't end up eating.

The staff were pleasant but very unhelpful and were unable to help with basic requirements such maps or food recommendations(also any one can speak English). Many facilities were closed (such as the pool bar) or partially open. Parts of the hotel felt deserted during the day with all lights turned off.
