Love the staff hospitality super awesome. All departments included. Love the privacy and the atmosphere. Super love it the staff and Management gave my wife 2 big Surprises on her Birthday. Food at restaurant was awesome and tasty. Housekeeping keep the villa neat and clean. Very well making up the room. Reception/front office very responsive if needed assistance. This is my 3rd time every year staying at Javana Royal Villa. Overall was very memorable Anniversary and Birthday occasion for this trip this year. Thumbs up to Javana Royal Villa.
To make even better i wish the Villa Management could provide small tv on the upper level of my villa JQ 2 infront of the bed. Very troublesome if we wanted to watch TV must go down to the main hall.
Also I wish both villa JQ1 and JQ2 to be equipped with a Full 2 door Refrigerator so that we can buy more stuff to be stored during our stay. To include Microwave will be much convenient for us to buy ready made food from the supermarket.
