Nice hotel with many accommodations. Our stay included dinner which was very good. The hotel was in a good location. They agreed to store our luggage until it was time for us to leave town.
Staff would not let us have a late checkout. Hotel was very pricey.

Breakfast was really good and complete. Location was great
When I entered the shower, the walls were full of hairs. We checked in after 2pm and not finding it super clean was kind of disappointing for us. We didn’t get any special gesture to compensate this. We felt a bit neglected as guests.

The location is beautiful, with great views and easy access to Colonia’s historic center. We also appreciated the warm indoor pool, which was especially enjoyable during winter and a nice feature for families. Nice restaurant staff.
The facilities felt outdated and not very well maintained, especially the bathroom. I was actually looking forward to relaxing with a nice bath, but the condition of the bathtub was so poor that I barely wanted to touch it. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations overall. For a Radisson hotel, I expected a much higher standard.

Only good thing about this hotel was the location and comfortable bedding.
Staff were not friendly. Property is in disrepair, daughter cut foot on missing tiles on pool, room was run down and not very clean. Very expensive for what was on offer.
