The airport staff had a difficult time understanding English so they constantly had to use their phones to translate any communication that we had with them. Meantime, the breakfast was well organized because it had both hot and cold items with a wide range of selections to choose from. It was also very filling and tasty. Finally, the shuttle was very convenient since it was able to pick-up and drop-off passengers according to the schedule.
I didn't get a whole lot of sleep due to jet lag so maybe having some light snacks or crackers with milk sticks in the lobby or room would be helpful.

Very comfortable room, very clear instructions about how to catch bus from Shanghai airport (about 20 minute drive away), decent breakfast- nothing fancy but filled a hole
Hotel feels a bit dated, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Didn't have as much flexibility with different check in out times as other hotels I have used.
