great location in the heart of Xian, Excellent staff, rooms, hotel, perfect for a family of 4. Highly recommend and amazing pricing too, breakfast buffet was amazing.
No way to get any drinks after 10 pm, no bar or restaurant where one could get a drink late at night. also no drinks available to order room service .

Friendly staffs.
Breakfast was good
The restaurant 御皇軒 - food & service were wonderful.
Mediocre renovation (especially in the bathroom - see photo).
Bathroom light was turned on by itself in the middle of the night.
The towels at the gym & swimming pool were worse than my floor mop.
It's a 3-star hotel at best.
