Excellent location, just short walks away from bus station and Playa del Arbeyal.
Very friendly staff at all hours of the day.
No lift - I’m an ambulant disabled but was able to make it to the 1st floor. Slow going, though.

Great location, very nice staff and a modest but very clean room with a bathroom
the only drawback was the intermittent internet connection

Great location. Convenient for local amenities and bus services. Property management were nice and helpful. Particularly helpful when my bus from Gijon arrive after 10.30pm.
Sound insulation could have been better. It would have been nice if the property had offered an continental breakfast.
