La proximité du Vatican et de toutes les commodités (bus, métro, durée de marche courte pour se rendre dans le centre de Rome) Matelas et literie hyper confort. On dort bien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques aiment échanger et sont aux petits soins avec les hôtes. A disposition café, petits bonbons, carte de Rome affiché sur le mur avec multiples conseils de Isa pour le transport, les visites, vous êtes presque en famille. C’est un endroit très sécurisant. Certains hôtes non discrets, qui ne respectent pas les autres quand ils rentrent de soirée et également quand ils se lèvent très tôt ils devraient parler à voix basses… c’est un minimum dans ce genre d’établissement… mais malheureusement le bon sens manque à certains

It was at a perfect location, good value for the price. The hosts were super duper kind and accomodating. Communication was smooth.

It’s nothing major to have mentioned, but there was a very faint weird smell in the bathroom that we weren’t able to attribute to anything.

The location is perfect, close to everything and the buses are very nearby too. Michelle's kindness is unparalleled. I went for my birthday and when I arrived I found some gifts and a bottle of champagne; those gestures are greatly appreciated. I went with my son and they were very kind to him the whole time.

The lady that received us for check-in was extremely nice, even though she didn’t speak english, we managed to communicate since Italian and Portuguese are similar languages. She showed us and explained everything perfectly. City Tax could only be payed by cash, which is weird but we didn’t mind and they were actually very nice about it because we initially only had enough for more than half of it and needed to go to the ATM to take more cash out, but only did it the next day since it was late when we came back at night. The free drinks for 24h hours was also nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room did not look like the one in the pictures but we didn’t mind, it was nice enough for us two. The location was also amazing. Having a fridge and a kettle was also really great!

Once, the hot water stopped working while I was in the middle of my shower, but with the kettle we managed so I could finish it. There was no staff around at the time and we messaged Michelle through booking. But honestly, what makes us give only 6 points was the fact that, on the day of our checkout, it was only 9:30am (checkout is at 10am), a staff member started knocking, I didn’t immediately respond because I was still waking up (I have sleeping issues and take a lot of medication so it takes me a while to come to) and my partner was in the bathroom. To this, the staff member, which we had never seen or talked to, proceeds to go get the keys to our room, opens the door and tells us that it’s 10am and that we need to leave immediately because that was what was agreed. That since we weren’t leaving, she had to come in. This is not only a huge invasion of privacy, but also not true, since it was only 9:30am and we still had 30 minutes till checkout. We had even packed most of our things the night before so we could pack the little rest of it (pajamas and higiene things) in the morning only. This has never happened to us, ever, no matter the type of hotel, guesthouse, whatever it might be. I find this incredibly disturbing and disrespectful. It is not our responsibility that the check-in and check-out are both at 10am and that there’s only 4 rooms available in this guesthouse. We should not be rushed and practically kicked away 30 minutes before checkout because of poor management. Most hotels and guesthouses have 1 hour between check-in and check-out precisely to clean the rooms and prepare them for other guests. Honestly our stay would’ve been otherwise perfect if it wasn’t for this, we didn’t mind the other things because things like that happen. But this, is completely violating and it ended the trip pretty nastily.
