The staff was very good and supportive
While the room is big, its a little old an property and it shows, but overall good

Location was not very good as it was far from the station. But only a 10 minute walk. Hotel itself was super, modern and excellent value. Breakfast was good.

Nice location and facilities, also for family with children, nice breakfast with authentic Shanghai dishes.

Location to Furniture Fair very good.
My Biggest disappointment is my 2 co workers got a far bigger and better room than me. Not happy.
Was hard to communicate at times.
There is no facility menu, no room service menu in the room. I had to go down to the restaurant to order room service.
It would be nice to have a summary in room on when Pool opens, when Gym opens, when breakfast start and finish.
Had to ask reception staff all these things.
