Location and space.
The old elevator… some guests didn’t close it properly so it wasn’t always available.

The property was the perfect size for our family of 9.
Plenty of space! It was modern in terms of facilities but still had the old charm.
Apart from a few mishaps - trouble using the access codes and working out the hot/cold water system - slight turn of the knob and you’ll get either really cold or hot water. - it was real pleasant.

Spacious, equipped, clean, cozy, neighborhood.
Air conditioning is hard to balance temperature across the apartment
