The hotel that we use to stay still very consistent and friendly staff start from alighted at main entrance to check- in till our last day departed.
We both love to stay at Renaissance johor bahru even a short staycation.
The f
F&B staff and trainees even from Front entrance Managers , Superior Ella and other waiter n waitress are so efficient and well observed when serving and clearing tables.
We felt and others guest so 'welcome atmosphere' when at the cafe.
For safety are well monitor with the group of Security which are so integrity with their duty. Thank to Security for the safeguarding the hotel and guest. Keep it up. 💯

Location was good, surrounded by good food and massage joints. Also 10-15 mins drive from Mid Valley Southkey, Mt Austin etc.
Room is clean and comfortable, toilet had all the neccessary amenities. Hotel staff made effort to decorate on the full length mirror and welcomed us with a slice of cake as it was the mister’s birthday.
Nothing much except that the room i booked had beds that were slightly small for a family of 4 with 2 tween girls. Can consider bigger setups next time if there are.
