Place, nature, clean and comfortable houses, weather (end of September), facilities for sports and small children, calm neighbours (families with children).
The sea was cold. Even though the end of season is 17 Oct, already at the end of September - beginning of October many facilities were unavailable (sup boards for rent not available, one of the pools closed, some cafeteria closed etc.) The police sport event was held on the first weekend of October, and it was not nice: loud music during the day until very late evening, drunk people.

We loved everything about our stay. The grounds were spacious, the house was lovely, and we left absolutely delighted!
The only things that could be improved were the limited supply of rubbish bags and dish sponges. The bed linen wasn’t changed during our stay, although I’m not sure whether that was included. The towels were replaced only once, near the end of our stay.

The property was huge and spread out. The location on the beach was lovely.
The buffet seemed understaffed. There were too many people and food wasn't replenished quickly or ran out too fast. The staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people.
