The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It's right on Via Chiaia, a lively and popular pedestrian street, within walking distance of many of Naples' main attractions and close to the metro. The area felt safe and was a great base for exploring the city. Our room had a small balcony overlooking Via Chiaia, which we really enjoyed. Standing there and watching the busy street below was a lovely way to experience the unique atmosphere of Naples. Surprisingly, despite the lively surroundings, it was quiet at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although we hadn't booked breakfast, some packaged snacks were left in our room, which was a nice touch. There was also a coffee machine available just outside our room.

Unfortunately, the room itself was rather average and could definitely use some improvement. The biggest issue was the air quality. Every time we entered the room, it felt extremely stuffy and humid, with a noticeable musty smell. We had to air it out frequently to make it more comfortable. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room effectively. We had to leave it running at full power for quite a long time before the temperature became comfortable, possibly due to the unusual room layout and the position of the AC unit. Our private bathroom was located outside the room, across the shared area. We knew this when booking, so it wasn't an unexpected issue or a complaint about the property, but it did make the stay a little less convenient. There are other room options with an en-suite bathroom. Overall, the location and the atmosphere of Via Chiaia were fantastic, but the room itself, particularly the humidity and musty smell, left something to be desired.

Świetna lokalizacja i świetna obsługa. Wyposażenie nie najnowsze, ale czystość bez zarzutu.Osobna łazienka nie stanowi problemu, jedynie może powodować niedogodność dla gości sąsiedniego pokoju, bo drzwi otwierają się dość głośno i słychać wychodzenie z pokoju. Klimatyzacja w porządku. Polecam.

È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare qui. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa fin dal primo momento, grazie alla gentilezza, alla disponibilità e alla cura della proprietaria. La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, e la posizione è ideale per vivere Fondi e visitare i bellissimi dintorni. Un soggiorno che porteremo con noi con molto piacere. Grazie davvero per l’ospitalità e per averci fatto sentire così bene. Assolutamente consigliato e, speriamo, a presto!

•⁠ ⁠The room was cleaned every day. •⁠ ⁠The bedroom is a room within the room. The street is very noisy, so the room-in-room design helps with noise cancellation.

•⁠ ⁠The room was sprayed with a very cheap air freshener excessively. It felt like someone had spilled a bottle of cheap spray on the floor. I left the windows open for 4 hours, but the smell permeated everything. It was very difficult to breathe. At first, I thought they might be trying to mask another odor, but the next day, after keeping the windows open for hours, there was no other smell present. I strongly recommend keeping the windows open instead of using spray, especially at this time of year when it's 20 degrees outside and heating or cooling isn't needed. This was the main reason for the low rating. •⁠ ⁠The blanket was placed between two sheets instead of using a duvet cover. During the night, the sheets shifted around, which became uncomfortable. •⁠ ⁠The bathroom was in a separate room. We knew this beforehand and decided to try it anyway. I would not choose this layout again. •⁠ ⁠There is an espresso machine, but there weren't enough coffee cups. When two people drink 2 coffees each in the morning, other rooms won't have enough cups. •⁠ ⁠The entrance door squeaked terribly — worse than in horror movies. I'm pretty sure it could be fixed with some oil. It's not just about waking up everyone in the room when going to the bathroom; I was embarrassed about potentially waking up the entire building. •⁠ ⁠All the furniture was very old. In this case, I expected the price to be a bit cheaper. •⁠ ⁠The bathroom is a room within the room. It's a big waste of space and very difficult to move around in.
