There was great attention to detail and cleanliness in this very comfortable home. We had everything we needed for a wonderful one month stay. The quiet and friendly neighbourhood is conveniently located to all amenities and restaurants. The pool and lanai were enjoyed by all. Thank you Waldemar for being such a wonderful host.

This property was clean, quiet and relaxing. Property manager was very nice and also a lot of fun. Beautiful house, with the best lanai out there. Nice pool and hot tub. Electric heat pump worked well. Loved the lanai bathroom. Very secluded for a subdivision. Easy access to downtown Cape Coral, Old Ft. Meyers, or Matlacha and Pine Island. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. Electric is extra and ours was around $200 for 14 days.Would definately recommend.
