Il Gufo is a real gem! Located perfectly in the beautiful Pistoia mountains. It is quiet and has an authentic charm. The pool is wonderful and is located just in the right distance to the house. That way you can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the farmhouse while the kids fight their pool-battles full force ;-)
Owner Sandro was very helpful and friendly. Grazie mille, Sandro!
Lovely San Marcello Pistoiese is close by and offers everything from hospital to supermarkets, charming bars and restaurants. Just like you imagine a little italian town to be.
We (family with 8 adults and 6 children) enjoyed every single minute!
The last part of the road to the farmhouse out of San Marcello is a bit tricky. But nothing you will not get used to after a couple of rides up and down.
