Just spent a few days here and it completely exceeded expectations. The medina is intense, in so many positive respects, so having La Claire Fontaine to retreat to in the evenings was a lifesaver. The team running the riad are the real standout—genuinely warm and attentive. They arranged our airport transfers right when we booked, which made arrival and departure seamless. Reception were top-notch throughout, giving spot-on recommendations for places to visit and eat, and sorting all our taxis and returns. A special shout-out to Younes, who never seemed to be off shift and should honestly be running service management courses; he was always offering solutions before you could even ask. We also booked a home-cooked dinner at the riad on our final night and it was easily one of the best meals we had all week. If you want an authentic medina stay that still feels like a quiet sanctuary when you want to decompress, this is it. Highly recommended, I wish others followed this model of great service.

Nothing, everything was spot on!

A lovely Road right in the middle of the Medina. Youngish et al couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Nothing

Le confort, le personnel au petit soin, la propreté, le petit déjeuner extra. Merci pour tout. Merci à mR Younes de nous avoir très bien accueilli hier très tard

Tout était parfait merci pour votre gentillesse

Ismail took great care of us. They arranged a driver at the airport who was right on time even despite flight delays, and everything was coordinated perfectly down to remembering our names and referencing our likes and dislikes the staff had learned through our stay. The room was clean and modern and we had a fantastic stay.
