The staff, the food and how close it was to the beach
The internet was very temperamental and the bedside charging point weren’t working .

Location is great, right in the beach with easy access to loungers and restaurants up and down the strips
It’s not a 5* hotel. The carpets are not very clean, in the spa the steam room, ice bath and hammam were not working. My room did not have a fridge or kettle. I had to ask for dressing gown and slippers.

We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect if you are looking for something relaxed. The beach was great and the amenities were great. Cant fault it.

Extremely grateful to the reception guy with glasses who helped with 100 lek for bus. Hope he will receive the bonus!
no mosquito nests and rooms needs a fresh renovation- issue with sink and doors are erosion and corrosion. Jacuzzi doesn't work properly-no hot water
our room was inside without seaside view
