Great location. Great breakfast. Great and friendly staff! Public bath area was nice.
Very dated and I wish we had a non-smoking room.

Breakfast was good, staff were nice and it was nice to be able to go in the onsen as someone who has tattoos.
It’s a smoking property so the rooms do smell. If you are uncomfortable with this, I would not book this property.

Just the awesome view of Lake Toya and breakfast.
No ensuite bathroom instead its a shared bathroom on every floor. No coffee mugs n spoons inside the room. Towels are a little old but clean. Rooms are dated n are in need of a makeover. All rooms are smoking rooms. The outside of d hotel is in need of a facelift. Its like you travelled back in time to the 70s when inside the hotel.
