This was our second time staying in this house with our two children and we had a great time! The house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is a perfect base location for access to area attractions, like Mystic and Block Island. I grew up in CT (but live in NJ now) and feel like Waterford Beach is the best kept secret in the state! Not having to pack our own beach gear (wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella) was super convenient. The only thing I'd add to this house is some blinds or blackout curtains for privacy, especially for when landscapers come. Otherwise this house is a gem and I'd absolutely recommend it.

Thank you for a great stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed (the kids loved the card games). Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for the weekend. The property was spotless when we arrived and exceptionally well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided—the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were supplied with essentials, and the overall attention to detail made us feel right at home. The home was very comfortable, with cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. The location was great; the local beach was perfect and the parking pass they included an added bonus. We found several excellent restaurants a short drive away. Easy-to-follow instructions that made our arrival and departure completely stress-free.We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable!
