Room was clean. Beautiful view of the lake.
Room was called a ‘suite’ but was a regular room. No furniture on the terrace. Outside swimming pool was drained. Steak restaurant was not open in WE evenings

The book room was a beautiful space. The bakery/grocery store was a handy addition. The view from the hotel rooms facing the lake is beautiful and the lobby looked impressive on first arrival.
Location was isolated. Nothing in vicinity ie cafes or restaurants that you can walk to. Would be good for a weekend getaway for people who do not intend to leave the property during their stay.
The property was very hot and there was a very strong and overpowering scent throughout the hotel.
Although it is rated highly it did not operate or feel like one. Staff did not offer to assist with luggage
