Loved the location, the view, the quietness, the food and drinks, complimentary drinks and snacks, the onsen was just lovely. The shuttle bus service was extremely handy.
No toiletries and towels in the room also a small reading lamp would have been an welcome addition.

Fantastic property! Great food, great service, great location. A very good value for money.
Also there is a good choice of various onsens, including a private onsen.
Loved everything!

Service was perfect and everyone helped with each request efficiently and completely. Onsen was very nice, not crowded and had a beautiful view of the waterfall.. tiaras are worn all over the hotel and to meals which was very relaxing.
Beds are set up during dinner but I asked for them early to rest.

This Japanese ryokan was lovely. The grounds were beautiful and the food was delicious. The onsen hot springs baths were relaxing and clean. The shuttle bus from the train station was appreciated.
There was a bit of a smell from the shower room. We did not use it because we used the onsen but when we opened the door, it had a funny odor.
