Everything really
Parking paying for it and somebody he didn’t pay taking it when I went out 3 visits to hotel this has happened you need to Stop this happening very annoying , and beds very hard

Bar staff and entertainment
We were put in room 118 which had a large extractor fan positioned just outside our window which ran from 5-45 am to10-30 am each morning and from 4-30 pm to 8-30 pm each day. This rendered the room unusable for rest in the early morning or afternoon. It was like trying to sleep in a room with an industrial tumble dryer going, we complained at reseption but was told they had no rooms available. We were moved eventually on Saturday afternoon but our break was almost over by then. In my opinion this room is not fit for anyone to stay in and should be repurposed for something else
