Location
Laundry room having spare crockery cutlery and towels etc

The location is excellent, although the front rooms are subject to Anzac Hwy traffic noise. The bedding is comfortable and the linen is clean. Reception staff was friendly and checking in simple.
It's been a while since this was four star accommodation. A bowl of cereal in a box for $12 at reception qualifies as a continental breakfast. Just not sure which continent! Bathroom tiling was just holding together. Service and facilities have been pared back to bring the price down. It should really be listed as 3 star.

Location was great and staff were friendly
Decor is old and needed attention. Doors on all rooms were very noisy, lots of banging during the night.
