The location is good, 5 min to BTS, and river cruise pier for hop on, hop off boats which I highly recommend especially to first time visitors to Bangkok. There are a lot of restaurants and street food vendors nearby.
The breakfast Is good if you choose to eat in. I was upgraded to a suite which was great.
The staff here are lovely and welcoming.
I stayed here just after covid, and the building Is definitely showing wear and tear. However, for the low season price and location it's not bad.
For those that like to know the mattress on my bed was a little firm.

Hotel is in a great location by the BTS & ferries and great streetfood nearby too.
We had a large spacious room & comfy bed + seating.
This time we had noisy people above us scraping furniture along the floor all night & next to us too. I think the children were left in the room whilst the parents used the rooftop bar & so they ran riot. Jumping off beds or couches until midnight.
I think the rooms nearest to the pool are booked out for families, so couples should be booked into a quieter wing.
It's just luck of the draw I'm afraid.

Plutot grande chambre et petit dejeuner (non inclus 250bts/pers.) plutot bien.
Calme.
Je ne trouve pas beaucoup plus de qualités à ce séjour.
Le lit etait tres dur et les équipements de mauvaises qualités (douche, TV,...)
Piscine 1 m de profondeur avec sieges non confortable et parasols defectueux et mal orientés.
Vetusté avec douche dans baignoire.
Pas de vraie fenetre ouvrable.
