The apartment suite worked very well for us.
10-15 min walk to the center.
The check out is at 10am but you can leave your luggage on a locked room and still enjoy the pool and facilities of the hotel.

Location was ok 15/20 min walk down to beach was fine and taxi back was only around €7. Only about 15 mins to las americas and was between €10/15 which was fair prices. Also close to Siam park about 10 mins in taxi.
Rooms were clean and around the property was clean and tidy
Rooms had no air conditioning just a ceiling fan in living room and bedroom which didn’t help much with the heat, the remotes for the bedroom one didn’t work properly had to push buttons multiple times before went on and they turn off if you turn light off by main switch which was especially annoying at night time. Every time opened the door bad smell because of how warm the room was.
Pool was pretty to look at but water wasn’t overly clean life guard would scoop out bits that they would see but was still some days when it didn’t seem the cleanest as if filters weren’t working properly.
Entertainment was basic most people seemed to leave the resort in evenings.
