Nicola was such a fantastic host. The accommodation was easy to find and the instructions were clear. The room was so beautiful! The complimentary touches were so nice and made us feel so welcomed. The bathroom was also so clean as well as the bedroom. Nicola provided sooo many amazing recommendations for Florence, I saved so many for my next trip! I really recommend this stay!

Had a fantastic stay at FLUX. Check in and out process was easy and smooth. Nicola was very helpful and sent us lots of recommendations for food and things to do in the area which was fab! The accommodation was close to bus and tram stops and in a nice quiet area.

La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très confortable et l'hôte très accueillant, sympathique et plein de bons conseils.
Nous avions déjà séjourné l'année dernière lors de notre passage à Florence et y retournerons sans hésiter.

I stayed with my 17 year old daughter for two evenings at Flux.
We really enjoyed our stay!
Very well appointed room. Location is excellent. Close to many forms of public transport and the sights.
Host is communicative and informative via messaging.
Everything went smoothly for us staying here.
Thank you!
The only issue we had was a misunderstanding about how to open the apartment door. Nicola was very quick to explain what I had misunderstood in the instructions however and we had no issues from there forward.
