Really clean with spacious rooms. We particularly enjoyed the takoyaki party with Koki - he was an amazing host and it was loads of fun! The other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Great value for money in Kyoto.

Super hébergement avec une living room où il y avait un grand espace avec une table et des coussins pour se poser, la cuisine est super bien équipé. Tout était propre. La literie très confortable. Seul bémol pour les services à côté de lavage et de séchage du linge qui sont un peu cher. Dans l’ensemble très très bon hébergement.

I like the traditional feel of the room with the tatami mats and low table. Really felt like I'm immersed in the culture. I appreciate the free coffee and tea (although I couldn't find the tea, just the coffee), the fridge space, and the living room area.
I do wish the laundry rates were a little bit cheaper and there is a place to hang the laundry.

Room was spacious and clean, comfy futon/mattress, kitchen facilities were well equipped, toilets and showers were fine.
It markets itself as a welcoming and fun place with a social atmosphere and participating staff, however this was not the vibe. There was usually no staff on site during our stay and when there were they didn't speak to us and came across very cold and unwelcoming. I feel a little miss-sold.
