The lady out the front was extremely friendly and helpful.
Location is great and close to the train station and local transport.
We purposefully booked a "breakfast included" stay through booking.com and when we got there they sold it as "we upgraded you and weren't meant to give you this" and even then, it was store bought pastries in plastic wrapping.
As far as a "breakfast included" stay is greatly missed the mark.
Beds were quite uncomfortable and gave me hip and neck issues.

Our stay was lovely. The farm was quiet and peaceful and a wonderful location to explore the area with a car. Our host was lovely and kind and went out of his way to make sure you were comfortable and fed.

Staff friendly and kind. The price was good in good location.
The bathroom was quite uncomfortable. To get there, you had to climb a very narrow wooden staircase, which was impractical and especially inconvenient at night. In addition, the bathroom area was very hot and poorly ventilated. This is an aspect the hotel should improve to provide guests with greater comfort.
