Die Lage mitten im toskanischen Hügelland mit dem großen Garten und den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, der Pool, die großen und rustikalen Zimmer, die süßen Katzen.

Die Tür zu unserem Appartement ließ sich nicht abschließen, in einem Schlafzimmer war kein Fliegengitter.

De ligging is heel uniek. Mooi gelegen, rustig. De gastvrouw was enorm vriendelijk, ze deed heel erg haar best. We werden verwend met wijn en allerlei lokale lekkernijen 🙏

Het zwembad was heel troebel, de badkamer was schoon voor het zicht maar het stonk enorm. De douche was megaklein. Het appartement was klein en de bank kon je nauwelijks een bank noemen, was niet comfortable om op te zitten. De tv was zo groot als mijn laptop. Vonden het echt te duur qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

The villa itself is stunning, set against a picturesque background of rolling Umbrian fields and lush greenery. However, despite the beautiful building and surroundings, our stay was marred by several shortcomings, leaving us feeling that its huge potential is currently wasted. The lady who handled our check-in and check-out was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, it is a lovely location with massive potential, but it needs significant operational improvements to offer a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning unit couldn't cool even the living room where it was located, let alone the bedrooms, making sleep almost impossible in temperatures exceeding 30°C. In the bathroom, shower water pressure was practically non-existent, turning a simple task like rinsing hair into a real struggle. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the refrigerator barely worked, forcing us to throw away most of our dairy and meat by the second day. On top of that, the kitchen was overrun with an enormous number of ants; even though we were located on the upper floor and kept all our food strictly sealed in containers, they were everywhere. Outside, the pool area offered sunbeds but no umbrellas, which made staying by the water unpleasent in the heat. Furthermore, there were no clear pool rules posted anywhere, causing confusion and a noticeable difference in how Italian guests and international visitors were treated regarding pool use. A simple sign with clear rules for everyone would solve this issue.
