Really nice boutique hotel,. The staff were really friendly, rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order each day. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre but that didn't bother us at all and there was a tram stop right outside.

I liked that I could walk into some of the historic areas from the location. The inside was nice and clean. They prepared a nice breakfast with a good variety of choices.
I didn't especially feel welcomed from the front receptionists. Perhaps because of the language barrier. The outside "court yard" that you walk through to get into the building was very messy and unpleasant.

The breakfast was rich and tasty. The atmosphere in the dining room is very pleasant, sitting by the windows overlooking a green courtyard. The place is quiet and very nice to stay in.
