Nice apartment in the heart of Spoleto.
Needs renovation. The furniture is old. The bathroom is new and very clean.

It was across the street from the most popular caffe in the Piazza Mercato. The baristas were friendly and we got to know each other. The restaurant next door came in handy. The host, Giovanni, was pleasant.
The street noise below the window was noted when we chose this place but it went on until two and three in the morning. Teenagers being served alcohol. The apartment needs a deep cleaning also.
