Your Vatican Suite

Quieter part of Rome, yet convenient to everything

Walls very thin. You could hear toilet flushes clearly from adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, I had a screaming child next door.

The location was great, close to the metro, with plenty of nice restaurants and coffee places nearby. The breakfast was good — a typical continental breakfast, nothing extraordinary, but enough to keep us full until lunch. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The option to check in at noon was great and much appreciated. The room was quite small (which I’m used to from other places in Italy), but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy.

I would have given this suite a 10 out of 10, but unfortunately, the rooms have absolutely no sound insulation, so I had to taken down 2 points, since I was unable to sleep for 3 out of 4 nights. We could hear our neighbours talking on the phone (and understand almost every word), snoring, and even Karen from Canada talking about her friend who moved to Rome for work… But the worst part was that we were in Room 5, which shares a wall with the breakfast area. That meant we couldn’t sleep past 7 a.m., when the staff started preparing breakfast. Rooms 5 and 10 are also the closest to the entrance, so you can hear people coming and going throughout the day. Rooms 7 and 8 might be a better choice. That said, if you’re a heavy sleeper, this is an amazing place and I totally recommend it. If you have trouble sleeping, though, I’d suggest going to bed at 10 p.m. with earplugs. Unfortunately, even earplugs didn’t help me — I could still hear everything through them.

Emplacement top, proche de plusieurs restaurants Le personnel est souriant, faisant un bel effort pour parler français 🤩

Chambre un peu petite, pas très facile d'y prendre le petit déjeuner quand on est deux Chambre peu insonorisée, dommage

Location was great

Toilet seat was broke and no real hot water.
