The property location was great ,just a 10 min walk to Baga beach and right in front of property one can find everything ,starting from all kind of food options to,clubs, dresses, salon, rental bikes/cars etc. The famous Tito's lane is also near.
The cleanliness and surrounding of the property with beautiful garden and silent atmosphere and the behavior of the staff was polite. Also the balconies and rooms were neat and clean and the property was having a very good decoration theme which was great.
For drying of clothes, once has to go to 3rd floor roof, which has a stair which looks bit risky to climb.

Had a wonderful stay at Fatima Guest House! The environment is incredibly peaceful, relaxing, and feels like a home away from home. A special shoutout to the amazing staff who are exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. To top it all off, getting to play with the adorable little puppies on the property absolutely made my trip! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great hospitality and a lovely, comforting vibe in Goa.
