Bridge House Yerevan Armenia

Really nice property and good value for Yerevan. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, allowed me to check in very early and were great for casual chats and providing recommendations.

Hot water in showers was a bit intermittent.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the city centre, in a beautiful area, with everything within walking distance. Shops, great restaurants and all the main places were just nearby, which made exploring the city very easy. The hotel itself was spotless and very comfortable. I didn’t book breakfast, but the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. In the morning, he brought us coffee himself and even prepared some fresh fruit and cookies for us, completely free of charge. Such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! It really made our stay feel special.

The only small difficulty was that there is no elevator, and our room was on the third floor. We had quite heavy luggage, so carrying the suitcases up and down the stairs was a little challenging. However, the owner kindly helped us bring them up, which we really appreciated.

The front room Sevan is very noisy with traffic

The beds were super comfortable. Bedrooms are large and hey have ac. The place is very well located and it has 3 bathrooms that are shared between 6 rooms. It is super clean and well mantained. Host is very nice and helpful.

Smoking is allowed in the terrace but if guests dont close the door the whole floor smells like smoke which can be unpleasant. Perhaps something to Include in the kitchen would be some Cooking facilities (stove or oven).
