Very convenient location. Spacious apartment with aircon and lift
A local cheat sheet with info on supermarkets would have helped

Location is great—quiet, private parking spot. The supermarket is around the corner. The Boardwalk is 5 minutes away for sunset views. Local restaurant and cafe are 3 3-minute walk. For us location was ideal.
Maybe instructions on how to collect garbage. It was a little bit cnfusing.
