I liked the opposite food court, it's convenient & just walking down the street it's the famous Arab St. & Sultan Mosque etc. Nice location to live, smooth for calling the Grab transportation.
The room is little small & the container of shampoo & body wash are quite old, u can see there are rust-like fragments on the surface. Rest are OK.

Breakfast was good, a nice mix of fruit, pastries and hot breakfast items.
Room was Ok but a little dated.

Staff were helpful and keen to assist at all times.
Our Family Room (for 2 adults and 2 children) was very small and difficult to move within. The beds were butted up against each other, and the small area at the end of the beds had to accommodate suitcases and backpacks as well as being kept clear enough to walk through. Really, really tight.

Room Cleaning routines and access to elevators
Cramp room; incompetent facility to place luggage and access them inside the room; inaccessible wardrobe shelf; insufficient walking space around beds; stone faced restaurant staffs; extra service charge from the hotel for booking cab for the guests; very poor breakfast spread; reused and reprocessed foods being used in breakfast menu on daily basis.
