Beds are incredibly comfortable and the individual pods are spacious. Other customers are considerate and quiet. Makoto is a wonderful operator who answers all questions and is always willing and able to help. Showers are clean and convenient, and shampoo/conditioner is provided. Fridge for food storage and free wifi.

Nothing really - all was great

Great place, friendly staff, comfy, clean, and had a place for laundry. It's a small walk from Shin-koiwa station. There's isn't many restaurants nearby so you have to get close or go to the other side of the station but that's no issue. Everything was always clean and beds were comfortable too.

The table creeks a bit when you walk by and it's a bit too low.

De loin le meilleur logement de Tokyo. L’hébergement est très propre et le gérant veille à ce que tout soit bien propre et ordonné. Il est d’ailleurs très gentil et accueillant. Le logement est bien situé, proche de commerce, supermarché et d’une station de métro. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Je recommande!!

Everything was fine, for the money you get exactly the worth you paid, nothing more, the system of checking in and out is super easy and comfortable, the beds are okay, it’s quite close to the train station. Lights turn off automatically at 11, there is a shower for 100¥ and a towel for 100¥, shared kitchen and laundry for 100¥ as well. The main problem is if you have a snoring person near you, out of those idk 20 beds at least, maybe a bit more the chances are pretty high, if someone is snoring loudly you won’t be able to sleep. In conclusion for a day or two, max three it’s allright, you get what you pay and it’s fair, anything more than 3 days I wouldn’t recommend. Also very important thing is that the accommodation is not on a line which is included in the 24/48/72 hour passes which are super efficient. So depends how much are you planning to use public transportation.

Snoring of other people, everything is super tiny, but that’s understandable.
